The sessions we offer for adults (those over the age of 18) provide opportunities to develop independent living skills, stay healthy, build confidence and interact with their peer group and their community in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We don't employ a standard support plan template or formal outcomes measuring format. Our groups offer the environment to have fun learning and developing. Groups are built upon a focus on: Encouraging a disposition for learning new skills, cooperation, building confidence, using creativity, employing problem solving and developing persistence and resilience.
