DanceAbles

These sessions offer people with learning disabilities and/or autism a platform to express themselves physically and creatively.  

The group work towards performances during the summer and at Christmas each year, so it’s a fantastic opportunity for those who want a taste of the limelight (and for those less sure, it’s a tried and tested confidence builder!).  

Delivered by a professional tutor, DanceAbles offers the opportunity to improve fitness and confidence in a supported environment. No experience of dancing is needed to join in, and it is suitable for all levels of ability. The group is very friendly and welcoming.
