This UK government-backed certification demonstrates that we take the security of personal information seriously and have systems in place to protect it.

As a charity working closely with people with a learning disability, autistic people and their families, we handle sensitive information every day. Cyber Essentials gives independent reassurance that the data families share with us is kept safe, with up-to-date protections against cyber threats. It’s one more way we ensure that the trust families place in us is respected and safeguarded.

The accreditation also helps us work more effectively with partners and funders, many of whom now expect organisations to meet recognised standards for data security. By achieving Cyber Essentials, we can continue to expand our services with confidence, knowing that both families and their information are fully protected.
