Cook and Craft is a friendly session where people with additional needs can come together to share food, get creative and connect. It’s a relaxed space where everyone is supported to join in, discover new interests, and enjoy the simple pleasure of making and doing things together.
You can look forward to:
- Preparing and sharing a tasty meal together
- Creative craft projects using a variety of materials and techniques
- Gentle movement or sensory-based activities to offer an alternative to crafting
- Opportunities to connect, chat, and build confidence
- A calm, welcoming space for all needs and abilities

Where: The Maybury Centre
When: Wednesdays, during term time, 10:00am – 3:00pm
Cost: £60 per session
Age: 18+
