Open for All – a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone.
This group is all about experiencing the world through your senses in a calm, creative, and engaging way. Each week brings a new adventure filled with different activities and experiences designed to help you discover what makes you feel good. It’s a chance to relax, try new things, and enjoy the moment at your own pace, in your own way.
You can look forward to:
- Music and dance
- Messy play and hands-on art activities
- Sensory stations with lights, textures, and calming spaces
- Cooking and tasting simple recipes
- Creative exploration and fun surprises each week
In this supportive and relaxed environment, everyone can join in, connect with others, discover new interests, build confidence, and make lasting friendships. This session is suitable for all needs and abilities.
How it works

When: Wednesdays, during term time, 10:00am – 3:00pm
Cost: £45 per session
