Charity Yoga Class
Enjoy a 45 minute yoga class followed by a Q&A as well as tea and cake
An event organised by Kim Owens as part of her Virgin Money London Marathon fundraising efforts in aid of LinkAble attendees will have the chance to enjoy a charity yoga session.
Join Sarah and Brooke from Yoganic for an energising yoga class follwed by a Q&A session as well as tea and cake. All abilities are welcome and anyone from the age of 6 years old can take part.
The event will take place at St Johns Memorial Hall, Sunday 8th February between 9am and 10.30am.
All you need is a mat for yoga and some spare change afterwards for cake.
