Information to help you enjoy your afternoon
IF YOU ARE THE LEAD BOOKING ON THE GROUP ATTENDING THIS WEEKEND'S SHOW PLEASE NOTE THE INFORMATION BELOW AND SHARE ACCORDINGLY.
To ensure in so far as we can support the safety and wellbeing of service users, staff and guests when attending Sunday's ActAbles performance, we ask that if possible you bring proof of double-vaccination, a recent negative lateral flow test or natural immunity for you (and anyone in your party). If you are unable to provide this please speak with us on the day as we are working to accommodate everyone attending and enjoying the performance.
We will also require everyone attending or taking part to social distance wherever possible when at the venue and follow hygiene guidelines and use a face covering when moving around the venue. There will be a one way system in place on arrival and guests will be shown to their seats by members of the LinkAble team.
The venue will be well ventilated and there should be plenty of room for guests to maintain social distancing when seated. The team will assist you where possible with this. Please be patient and arrive in plenty of time as we will make every effort to seat everyone prior to the performance.
Refreshments will be made available free of charge on arrival for guests to have at their seats. Tea and Coffee will not be available but water will be provided. There will be a short comfort break between performances.
We also encourage the use of face masks whilst inside the venue and will ensure there is plenty of ventilation.
Donations can be made on the day by placing money in the collection buckets around the venue. Alternatively, you can make contactless payments by card on the day or via the QR code using your mobile phone. This code is located inside the show programme.
There is no parking at the venue. Please use the Addlestone One Multi-storey Car Park, Garfield Place, Garfield Road, Addlestone, KT15 2GQ
Doors open at 2pm. First show starts at 2.30pm.
