The Healthy You group aims to support adults to learn about and practice living in a healthy way. The group will have themed months, starting with 'Feeling Good' in March. This will be an opportunity for those attending to explore mental health and will be lead by a qualified NHS IAPT therapist.
The group will run from 1-4pm on Mondays during term time. if you are interested in reserving a space or finding out more then please get in contact with Jamie or Jess.
