An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our small dedicated and hardworking office team in Woking. You will be working towards your Level 3 apprenticeship qualification over a period of 18 months. 
The Business Administration Apprentice will provide high quality and effective administrative support to the office team to support the delivery of group services for both term-time groups and holiday schemes. You will be responsible for data inputting, creating of profiles and the management of service user files. You will help promote the services delivered by the charity and support the allocation of places to service users and the recruitment of staff and volunteers. As part of the role you will also work as a Playworker at our Saturday Play group therefore giving you further experience of working at the service you will be supporting.

You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and an interest in helping and supporting people. You will also need to be a good organiser and be able to adopt a calm approach when dealing with high pressure and managing a number of  work priorities. You will have GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C or above and a good knowledge of IT and social media. 

37.5 hours a week over 5 days to include a Saturday during the Surrey County Council term-time. Outside of term-time the working week will be Monday – Friday.

Weekly: £192.31 Annual salary of £10,000
