Group Leader / Deputy Group Leader

You will be responsible for the effective, efficient delivery and day to day management of the group. You will manage, lead and coach a small group of staff and volunteers while ensuring a fun, stimulating and safe environment for service users at all times.

You will have:

  • Experience of managing a small team/group
  • Be able to motivate your team of sessional workers and volunteers
  • Be willing to support service users with personal care
  • Some experience of working with people with complex needs/disabilities.


 Saturday Play | Woking | 9.30am – 2.30pm | Deputy Group Leader | September 2017 start

 Saturday Activities | Woking | 12.45pm – 5.15pm | Deputy Group Leader | 22nd April start

 Dance Group | Woking | Friday 5.15pm – 7.15pm | Group Leader | Immediate start

 Blink Youth Club | Camberley | Wednesday 6.15pm – 8.45pm | Deputy Group Leader | Immediate start


We offer continuing opportunities for learning and development together with regular supervision and support. All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Disclosure.

Current pay rates:

Group Leader: £10 per hour

Deputy Group Leader: £8 per hour
