LinkAble Skydive | LinkAble

Fancy taking on the ultimate adrenaline rush in aid of LinkAble?

You can support people with learning disabilities in Woking by completing a tandem Skydive to raise money for LinkAble. We would love you to join LinkAble CEO, Alison Keeley, in taking on this fundraising challenge.

Where and when?

  • GoSkyDive, Old Sarum Park, Salisbury, SP4 6EB
  • Sunday 30th April, 2023 (or choose your own date)

What does the skydive involve?

No physical preparation is required prior to the jump. However, there are a few things you’ll need to know before your tandem skydive.

1. In return for fundraising a minimum target of £400, we will pay for your 10,000ft skydive. You will experience a 30-second freefall followed by a five-minute parachute ride over the Salisbury Plains. Don't forget to catch a view of Stonehenge on your way down!

2. We ask participants to ensure money is raised before the jump date or for proof of any offline donations that will be paid post-skydive. Alternatively, participants can personally make up any shortfall of the minimum fundraising target.

3. Once you agree to sign up by completing the form below, we will send you instructions on how you can set up and link your individual JustGiving fundraising page to our event page.

How does a charity skydive work?

  • The total cost of the jump is £234
  • Participants pay £50 deposit via the GoSkydive website to secure their place and register to jump for LinkAble
  • LinkAble will pay GoSkydive £184 per skydiver prior to your jump
  • By raising the minimum £400 fundraising target, each skydiver will raise at least £216 for LinkAble

Important information: If the skydiver doesn’t hit the minimum sponsorship target of £400, they will be asked to pay their outstanding jump balance of £184.
