This year we wanted to give you a way to support LinkAble and get your Christmas shopping sorted all in one go!
All proceeds from the sale of auction items will fund our services, meaning the LinkAble Christmas Arts & Crafts online auction is the perfect way to find gifts that give something back.
Alison Keeley, our CEO, said, “With the current cost of living crisis, we know that people are feeling the pinch at the moment, so we wanted to offer people a way to support LinkAble while getting their Christmas shopping done. Hopefully, our arts & crafts auction will mean that people who perhaps couldn’t afford to support us, can still have the opportunity to do something amazing this Christmas”.
How does it work?
The auction site goes live at 5 pm on the 21st of November and runs until 5 pm on the 14th of December. During this time, you can browse all of our auction lots and bid on as many things as you like. From Thursday 15th until Friday 23rd December you can come to LinkAble between 9 am and 5 pm to collect your items.
What’s on offer?
Individuals and businesses across Woking and beyond have handmade and donated some sensational items for LinkAble to auction. With over 50 lots to bid on, the auction has something for everyone. There are fabulous paintings, art supplies, handmade crafts and more. It’s wonderful to auction off items donated by the local community to fund our work which supports local people with learning disabilities.

So, you can be confident knowing that every purchase you make from our online auction will mean more people like Lauren and Sam can enjoy all the fun and inclusion of LinkAble.
We believe that all disabled people should have the same opportunity as their non-disabled peers to learn new skills, make friends and have fun. Supporting the LinkAble auction will help add a bit more sparkle to your Christmas day, knowing that your gifts will give something back and help make our belief a reality.
